Consumer Care Tips
1. Trim the stem
When you receive the flowers, cut about 1–2 cm off the stem at an angle to improve water absorption.
2. Use fresh, clean water
Place the gerberas in a vase with clean, room-temperature water.
3. Keep a low water level
Unlike many other flowers, gerberas prefer less water.
Fill the vase with only 3–5 cm of water, roughly two to three fingers at the base of the vase. This helps keep the stems firm.
4. Change the water regularly
Refresh the water every 1–2 days to keep it clean and extend the life of the flowers.
5. Keep them in a cool place
Avoid placing the flowers near direct sunlight, heat sources, or strong air drafts.
